White elephant gift exchanges have become a popular Christmas tradition for many. In the tradition participants are encouraged to "steal" a gift from someone else or open a surprise gift. And while Christmas has many great gifts like hope, peace, and love, it can also bring unwanted gifts like greed, grief, and busyness.
